본 약관은 Ben(이하 "회사")가 제공하는 크로스보더 매칭 서비스(이하 "서비스")의 이용과 관련하여 회사와 이용자 간의 권리, 의무 및 책임사항을 정합니다.

1. 목적

이 약관은 서비스의 이용 조건 및 절차, 이용자와 회사의 권리·의무 및 책임사항을 규정함을 목적으로 합니다.

2. 서비스의 내용

회사는 국내외 브랜드와 파트너(대행사 등) 간의 매칭 정보를 제공하며, 실제 계약 체결 및 이행은 당사자 간 별도 협의에 따릅니다. 회사는 매칭의 성사나 결과를 보증하지 않습니다.

3. 이용자의 의무

이용자는 문의·매칭 신청 시 사실에 부합하는 정보를 제공해야 하며, 허위 정보 제공으로 발생하는 불이익에 대해 회사는 책임지지 않습니다.

4. 지식재산권

서비스 화면, 로고, 텍스트 등 회사가 제작한 콘텐츠에 대한 저작권은 회사에 귀속됩니다.

5. 면책조항

회사는 천재지변, 이용자 귀책사유 등 회사가 통제할 수 없는 사유로 발생한 서비스 이용 장애에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다. 회사는 매칭된 상대방과 이용자 간에 발생하는 분쟁에 개입하지 않으며, 이에 대한 책임을 지지 않습니다.

6. 준거법 및 관할

본 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따라 규율되며, 서비스 이용과 관련한 분쟁은 관련 법령에 따른 관할 법원에 제기합니다.

7. 약관의 변경

회사는 본 약관을 변경할 수 있으며, 변경 시 변경된 약관을 본 페이지에 게시합니다. 변경된 약관은 게시일부터 적용됩니다.

服务条款

本条款规定了 Ben（以下简称"公司"）提供的跨境匹配服务（以下简称"服务"）相关的公司与用户之间的权利、义务及责任事项。

1. 目的

本条款旨在规定服务的使用条件及程序，以及用户与公司的权利、义务及责任事项。

2. 服务内容

公司提供国内外品牌与合作伙伴（代理商等）之间的匹配信息，实际合同签订及履行由双方另行协商。公司不保证匹配的成功或结果。

3. 用户义务

用户在咨询或申请匹配时应提供真实信息，因提供虚假信息造成的不利后果由用户自行承担，公司不承担责任。

4. 知识产权

服务页面、标志、文本等由公司制作的内容，其著作权归公司所有。

5. 免责条款

对于因不可抗力、用户过错等公司无法控制的原因导致的服务使用障碍，公司不承担责任。公司不介入匹配双方之间发生的纠纷，也不对此承担责任。

6. 适用法律及管辖

本条款受大韩民国法律管辖，与服务使用相关的纠纷应提交至相关法律规定的管辖法院。

7. 条款的变更

公司可对本条款进行变更，变更时将在本页面公布变更后的条款。变更后的条款自公布之日起适用。

Terms of Service

These Terms set out the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between Ben ("the Company") and users of the cross-border matching service ("the Service").

1. Purpose

These Terms govern the conditions and procedures for using the Service, and the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of users and the Company.

2. Description of Service

The Company provides matching information between domestic and overseas brands and partners (agencies, etc.). Any resulting contract and its performance are negotiated directly between the parties. The Company does not guarantee that a match will succeed or produce any particular result.

3. User Obligations

Users must provide accurate information when submitting an inquiry or match request. The Company is not liable for any disadvantage arising from false information provided by a user.

The Company is not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure, user fault, or other causes beyond its control. The Company does not intervene in, and is not liable for, disputes arising between a user and a matched party.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes relating to use of the Service are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent court as determined by applicable law.

7. Changes to These Terms

The Company may amend these Terms. Amended Terms will be posted on this page and take effect from the date of posting.
